All orders are packed with love (and mild sarcasm) in South East Queensland, Australia and shipped via Australia Post with full tracking.

Where We Ship To

We ship to Australia, New Zealand, and the United States. Stickers are the exception to every rule (much like us) and ship worldwide.

Shipping Rates

Australia

  • Standard Shipping $9.95 AUD | Express Shipping $13.00 AUD
    → Free standard shipping for orders over $49 AUD
  • Stickers Only* $6.60 AUD → Free for orders over $35 AUD

New Zealand

  • Standard Shipping $16.30 AUD
    → Free shipping for orders over $99 AUD
  • Stickers Only* $16.30 AUD → Free for orders of 12 stickers or more

United States

  • Standard Shipping $15.00 USD (mugs ship for a flat rate of $6.99 USD)
    → Free shipping for orders over $69 USD
    All duties and tariffs are prepaid, so no surprise bills on your doorstep. Yippie ki yay.

Stickers Only* - Worldwide

  • Flat Rate $15.00 USD
    → Free shipping for orders of 12 stickers or more

* The Stickers Only rate, as the name suggests, applies to sticker-only orders. Sneak a mug or pin in there and standard shipping rates for your region kick in instead - stickers don't get to ruin it for everyone.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Domestic (Australia): 3–7 business days
  • International (US, NZ and worldwide sticker orders): How long is a piece of string?
    In all seriousness, international shipping will generally take 1-3 weeks (depending on location and customs delays)

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link so you can watch it make its dramatic journey to your doorstep.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us with a photo and we'll replace the item - no fuss.
If your parcel goes missing in action, please reach out to Australia Post directly to start an investigation. They'll have more tracking powers than we do.

Returned Parcels

If your parcel bounces back to us (usually due to an incorrect address or an unclaimed delivery), we'll refund your order minus the shipping cost. You're always welcome to place a new order if you'd like us to re-send.
